Located inside Gujarat University, the research park project is to be constructed in three phases.

 

The design of the building is medullar in nature to ensure that it can be repeated.

 

The most unique feature of the project is the use of precast structural system. The entire building is made in factory and assembled at the site for rapid deployment.
