Gujarat University library is a social institution for students of Ahmedabad since almost three decades that is constructed using RCC technology popular in that era, making its conversion into a modern state of the art library a structural and functional challenge that is completed in a fast-track manner without the library losing a day of functioning.

The redesigning of the library required adding new spaces and functions and specialised restoration work.
